1 frozen package Mexican vegetables(corn, broccoli.mushrooms, cauliflower)

Veggie Stir-Fry

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 pkg chopped onions with bell pepper

1 cup frozen broccoli florets

sea salt & ground pepper to taste

1 Tbsp minced garlic

 

In large skillet over high heat, brown onion with bell pepper in olive oil with minced garlic.

Add vegetables and cover about 5-10 minutes. Season with sea salt and ground pepper to taste.

Can be served alone or over rice to stretch your meal.

My husband and I enjoy cooking this Veggie Stir-Fry on this website!

We lose weight faster when we stick with vegetables for our evening meals.
