1 cup pecan halves, toasted and salted with sea salt

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced to 1″

1 cup pineapple chunks, halved to 1″

1 cup blueberries

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1/4  cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

 

In medium bowl, add fresh spinach, toasted pecans, and fruit.

Pour dressing over mixture. Refrigerate before and after serving.
