2 Tbsp minced garlic

Zucchini-Fettuccine with Meatballs

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 fresh zucchini, grated with veggie pasta maker

1 pkg vegetable fettuccine, cooked to pkg directions

1 pkg meatless meatballs

 

In large skillet with olive oil and 1 Tbsp garlic, cook zucchini and meatballs.

Meanwhile, cook fettuccine  in large pot with boiling water and 1 Tbsp garlic

for 10 minutes until tender. Drain fettuccine and stir into large skillet. Serve.
