Veggie Tortilla Wraps

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

Veggie Tortilla Wraps

1/2 pkg meatless ground

1/2 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers

1 pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables

4 spinach tortilla wraps

1 pkg roasted red pepper hummus

Sea Salt & ground black pepper

 

In large skillet on high heat, cook onion and bell peppers in olive oil. Add meatless ground and

stir-fry vegetables and cover for about 6-8 min till heated thoroughly. Season to taste with sea salt

and ground black pepper. Warm 4 tortillas in microwave about 1 min. Spread Tablespoon hummus

in center of tortilla. Spoon large scoop of veggies with meatless ground over hummus and fold in sides

of tortillas toward center. Then roll bottom edge of tortilla up until all tortilla is used. Serve and enjoy!

These Veggie Tortilla Wraps are great for leftover veggies as well as frozen veggies from the freezer.
