1 whole wheat pizza crust (Pillsbury)

olive oil spray

1 jar black bean and corn salsa

2 cups fresh organic baby spinach

1 onion, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped

6-8 sweet peppers, chopped

24 herbs and seasonings (Braggs)

1/2 pkg vegan mozzarella cheese (Daiya)

 

In large flat pan, spray bottom with olive oil and spread pizza crust to edges. Preheat oven to 350.

Spread about 1 cup salsa over dough. Add spinach. Layer chopped sweet peppers, onion, and tomatoes.

Season to taste with 24 herbs and seasonings and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 20-30 min till dough is done.

We love the black bean and corn salsa so much, that I serve the remaining jar with chips while the pizza is in the oven!
