Sausage Veggie Breakfast Pizza

Thin Crust pkg pizza dough

spray olive oil

2-3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast flakes.

1 tsp Braggs Organic 24 herbs and spices

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp basil

1 cup Corn & Black Bean Salsa

2 cups fresh  organic spinach

1 fresh small zucchini, sliced & quartered

2 cup fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces

1 cup fresh cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms, cut into 1/2′ pieces

1 cup veggie cheddar cheese  (Daiya or Go Veggie)

 

Preheat oven to 350 and spray large sheet pan with olive oil.

Spread thin crust pizza dough to touching sides.

Sprinkle nutritional flakes and top with herbs and spices, garlic powder, and basil. Bake 10 minutes.

Place vegan sausage patties on separate sheet pan in oven to cook while pizza dough is cooking for 10 min.

Remove pizza and sausage from oven. Cut up sausage into 1″ pieces.

Top pizza with salsa, spinach, then cut up sausage and veggies and top with cheddar cheese.

Place back in oven 5-7 minutes, just until veggies are heated through. Serve with your favorite smoothie!!
