Sausage Skillet Gumbo

1 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers

2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 pkg frozen vegetable gumbo mix

( okra, corn, onions, celery, red peppers)

1/2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli

2 Vegan Italian Sausages (Tofurkey with tomato basil) sliced

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp chopped basil

1 tsp Bragg 24 Herbs & Spices

Ground black pepper & Sea Salt to taste

 

In large skillet in olive oil, cook onion with bell peppers. Add vegetable gumbo mix, broccoli, seasonings and 2 Italian Sausages sliced 1/4″. Hearty Sausage Skillet Gumbo will fill you up and enlighten your taste buds. You can always spicen it up with a can of Rotel chopped tomatoes too!!
