1 whole wheat pizza crust
1/2 cup Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast
2 meatless patties, cooked and cut up
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup red and green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 cup vegan cheese (Daiya)
spray olive oil
In large flat pan, spray olive oil and spread out pizza dough. Sprinkle Nutritional Yeast over dough. In a separate bowl, mix chopped meatless patties with BBQ sauce and spread over Nutritional Yeast. Alternate spreading onion, zucchini, bell peppers over BBQ sauce. Top with baby spinach and vegan cheese. Bake in 400 oven about 10 minutes until edges begin to brown.
