Key Largo Vegetables

1 pkg frozen Key Largo Blend Vegetables (yellow & orange carrots, green beans, & red peppers)

1 pkg frozen chopped onions with bell peppers

2-3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp chopped basil

Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

 

In a large skillet on high heat, add garlic, onions, vegetables, and basil in olive oil . Cover with lid and turn heat down to medium until tender. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
