1 pkg frozen meatless meatballs

1 red bell pepper, sliced & cut 2″ pieces

1 orange bell pepper, sliced & cut in 2″ pieces

1 small zucchini, sliced 1″ thick

1 carrot, sliced 1″ thick

1-2 small red potatoes, sliced in half

1 pkg fresh mushrooms

1  broccoli crown, cut into 2″ pieces

1 cauliflower, cut into 2″ pieces

Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

 

Alternate sliced vegetables and add 2 meatballs on skewers.

On flat sheet pan lined with aluminum foil, bake skewers with veggies

in 350 oven for 30 minutes or on grill 10-15 minutes!

 

These Kabobs are delicious and healthy! They are easy to prepare even ahead of time and keep in your refrigerator to serve to your family and guests. What a great way to serve dinner!
