1 avocado, peeled and mashed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup carob
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup cacoa or carob chips, topping
olive oil spray
In glass square 8″ pan spray olive oil. In medium bowl, mix together mashed avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, carob, flour, brown sugar, agave. Pour into oiled pan and sprinkle with cacoa or carob chips. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated 350 oven. Enjoy warm or room temperature!
My husband and I enjoy these delicious Avocado-Carob Brownies warm and have to resist eating them all at once!
