Vegan Taco Dip

1 can vegetarian refried beans

1 8 oz pkg vegan cream cheese, softened

1 8 oz pkg vegan sour cream

2 tsp minced garlic

2 oz ( 1/2 cup) vegan cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives

1/2 cup salsa (corn and black bean is great) (can substitute chopped tomatoes)

2 tsp cilantro (or parsley)

Preheat oven to 350. Spread refried beans over bottom of glass baking dish. In bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and cilantro. Spread over beans. Spread salsa or chopped tomatoes over cream cheese mixture. Spread sliced olives and top with shredded cheese. Heat 15 min till hot.

Vegan Taco Dip is my favorite appetizer and I serve it with chips. I also serve it inside tortillas, then wrap them up and slice them as tortilla appetizers! Great for parties and always a hit!!
