2 cups organic baby spinach

Baby Spinach Salad

 

2 cups fresh broccoli. cut into 1″ pieces

1 avocado, peeled, cored, and cut into 1″ pieces

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced & cut into 1″ pieces

2-3 Tbsp light Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

1/4 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2′ pieces

1/4 cup seedless grapes, taken off vine & rinsed

 

In refrigerated container with a lid, combine all ingredients and stir until mixed well. Serve and refrigerate any leftovers.

This Baby Spinach Salad is a great lunch on its own but can be a great starter or compliment for a meal as well!
