3 pkgs frozen chopped spinach

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 pkg nondairy sour cream (Tofutti)

1/2 cup Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast Seasoning

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

 

In microwave safe dish, cook spinach and olive oil for 20 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, nutritional yeast, and bread crumbs and cook an additional 5 minutes in microwave.

My family loves this tasty Italian Spinach. Very creamy and full of flavor and nutrition.Try making some to serve for your family tonight.
