1/2 pkg Tempeh, sliced to 1/8-1/4″

Tempeh Mandarin Stir-Fry

2-3 Tbsp Olive oil

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup green onions, sliced to 1/4″

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into 1/4″ pieces

1/4 cup cauliflower, cut into 1″ pieces

1 pkg pre-made salad kit (1/2 cup kale, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/4 cup broccoli, 1/8 cup snap peas, 1/4 cup sliced brussel sprouts)

Mandarin seasoning: 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup Bragg’s Aminos

 

In a large skillet over high heat, brown Tempeh in olive oil and garlic. Add all vegetables and seasoning and cover 5-7 minutes until tender. Serve and enjoy!
