1 cup fresh broccoli, cut into 1″ pieces

Quick Veggie Stir-Fry

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 zucchini, sliced and cut into 1″ wedges

1/2 pkg chopped onion with bell peppers

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Add cut up veggies and saute until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper and serve.

 

Quick Veggie Stir-Fry makes a healthy meal in just a few minutes!  Quick and easy veggies can be eaten as a meal, over rice, or in a wrap! Serve and enjoy!
