1 pkg sliced Portabella mushrooms
1 pkg Udon noodles
1 crown fresh broccoli, cut into 1″ pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Liquid Aminos
In a large skillet over high heat, saute sliced Portabella mushrooms in olive oil. Add package of cooked Udon noodles, fresh broccoli pieces, and Liquid Aminos. Cover for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve and enjoy!
