1 pkg frozen oriental vegetables (sugar snap peas, carrots, water chestnuts, & mushrooms)

Oriental Stir-Fry with Baby Corn

1 can baby corn, sliced in half

1 tsp minced garlic

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

3 peppers, sliced (1-red, yellow, & orange)

1 cup broccoli, cut into 1″ florets

1 small zucchini, quartered and sliced

1/4 cup Bragg’s Aminos

1 cup jasmine rice (optional), cooked according to package instructions

 

In a large skillet over high heat, saute garlic in olive oil. Add frozen vegetables, baby corn, and sliced peppers, broccoli, and zucchini. Cover until tender for about 10 minutes. Season with Bragg’s Aminos to taste. Serve alone or over jasmine rice. Delicious!
