1 pkg small macaroni noodles(cooked according to package instructions)

Italian Style Vegetables with Macaroni

2 pkg frozen Italian Style Vegetables(zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, lima beans, Italian green beans, and red peppers)

1/2 jar roasted red peppers, cut into 1″ pieces

1/2 pkg frozen chopped onions with bell peppers

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp cumin

1 tsp parsley

sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

1/4 tsp lemon and pepper seasoning

2-3 tsp olive oil

 

In large pot of boiling water, cook macaroni for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over high heat, saute garlic and onions and bell peppers in olive oil. Add vegetables and seasonings.

Cover and reduce heat for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in macaroni and cover until ready to serve.
