Thai Spaghetti

1 pkg Thai rice noodles

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

1 pkg meatless ground

1 jar Prego Garden Style sauce

2 Tbsp minced garlic

1 onion, chopped fine

sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion, 1 Tbsp garlic, and meatless ground. Add Prego sauce and seasonings, reduce heat, and cover till noodles are ready.

In large pot, add rice noodles and 1 Tbsp garlic to boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve sauce over noodles.

 

This Thai Spaghetti makes a great meal and is easy to prepare. I served it with Garlic Asparagus as a side. It was delicious!
