1 pkg refrigerated pizza dough
Taco Pizza
spray olive oil
1/2 cup taco sauce
1 cup meatless ground
1/2 cup onion, chopped to 1/2″
1/2 cup scallions, chopped to 1/4″
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup peach salsa
1 tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded non-dairy cheese
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Spray large flat pan with olive oil spray and spread out pizza dough to edges. Spoon taco sauce over dough. Mix together all ingredients in a skillet over high heat until heated through. Then spread over taco sauce on dough. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Slice, serve and enjoy!
Taco Pizza went so fast that all I could capture in a photo was half of the last slice! Yummy!!
