1 pkg pizza crust dough (generic store brand)

Stuffed Crust Mexican Pizza

1/2 pkg (about 1 cup) Daiya nondairy cheddar cheese

1/2 pkg (about 1 cup) Follow Your Heart nondairy mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup Prego Chunky Garden Style Italian sauce (spaghetti sauce)

1/2 cup Peach Salsa (choose your favorite)

1 cup meatless ground

1 cup black beans, rinsed

1 tsp taco seasoning

olive oil spray

 

On a large round pan or stone, spray olive oil on surface and spread out pizza dough. Sprinkle small amounts of mozzarella cheese around edge of pizza and fold over to make stuffed edge.

Spread out spaghetti sauce onto pizza crust with the back of a spoon inside of the stuffed edge. Top sauce with meatless ground and taco seasoning, black beans and salsa.

Mix remaining two cheeses together and sprinkle as top layer. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until edges have begun to brown and center is bubbling hot.

Let cool slightly, slice, serve and enjoy!
