1/2 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers
1/2 pkg frozen meatless ground
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 jar Prego sauce (Garden Blend)
1/2 pkg lasagna noodles (oven-ready)
2 cups water
1 Tbsp basil
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 pkg firm tofu (drained & crumbled)
1/2 pkg non-dairy mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion and ground in olive oil. Add basil, then add sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Add sauce and break up lasagna noodles into 2-3″ pieces. Add water and cover for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Uncover and add crumbled tofu and cheese. Stir and serve!
My husband requests Skillet Lasagna when I ask what he wants for supper! It is delicious as well as quick and easy to prepare!
