1 head cabbage, cut into 1″ pieces

Sausage, Noodles, and Cabbage

1 pkg vegan sausage links, sliced into 1/4″ slices

1 onion, cut into 1/2″ pieces

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 can sweet peas, drained

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

1 pkg bow-tie pasta, cooked according to pkg instructions

 

In a large stock-pot, add pasta to boiling water and boil for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion in olive oil and garlic and add sausage to brown. Stir in cabbage and cover. Once cabbage is tender, stir in sweet peas.

In a large serving bowl, add pasta and stir in sausage and cabbage mixture. Serve hot! Tastes great with cornbread!!

 

Sausage, Noodles, and Cabbage makes a great meal! My family enjoys it with cornbread muffins!
