1 pkg Rotini (cooked according to package instructions)

Rotini with Vegetables

1 pkg frozen fiesta vegetables

1 pkg fresh cherry tomatoes

1 onion, chopped

2 Tbsp basil

2 Tbsp minced garlic

2-4 Tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Braggs’ 24 herbs and spices

sea salt and ground pepper to taste

 

In large pot over high heat, cook Rotini in boiling water 10 minutes with 1 Tbsp minced garlic. Drain, add 1-2 Tbsp olive oil, and stir.

While Rotini is cooking, in large skillet over high heat, add 1-2 Tbsp olive oil, garlic, and onion. Add tomatoes, vegetables, basil,

and herbs and spices. Cover and allow to cook less than 10 minutes. Serve vegetables over Rotini. Enjoy!
