1 cup breaded meatless chicken nuggets, cut into 1/2′ pieces

1 cup meatless ground beef

1 cup dairy free cheddar/mozzarella blend grated cheese

1 zucchini, sliced and cut into 1/4″ pieces

1 cup Prego Italian sauce(Garden Style)

1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust dough

1/2 can chopped pineapple, drained

1 pkg kale pre-made salad mix, divided as shown:

1/2 cup shredded kale

1/4 cup sliced carrots, cut into 1/4″ pieces

1/4 cup sliced artichokes, cut in half

1/4 cup baby corn, cut to 1/4″

1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup snap peas, cut to 1/4″

1/4 cup broccoli, cut into 1″ pieces

1 can olive oil spray

 

Preheat oven to 350. On a large flat pan with edges, spray bottom with olive oil and spread out pizza dough. Pour Italian sauce over dough and spread out with the back of a spoon. Add all meatless meats, spread out fruit and veggies, and top with dairy-free shredded cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes or until edges are beginning to brown. Serve and enjoy!
