1 package pizza dough

spray olive oil

1 Tbsp Braggs’ 24 Herbs and Spices

1-2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 cup baby spinach, torn into small pieces

1/2 cup broccoli, cut into 1/2-1″ pieces

1/4 cup baby carrots, sliced into 1/4″ pieces

1/2 cup celery, cut into 1/4″ pieces

1/4 cup yellow squash, sliced thin and quartered

1/4 cup zucchini, sliced thin and quartered

1/2 cup sweet peppers, sliced and capped

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced into 1/4″ pieces

1 cup shredded non-dairy cheddar cheese

 

Spray large flat pan with olive oil and spread pizza dough to touch sides. Sprinkle herbs and spices and top with Nutritional yeast.

Add baby spinach, broccoli, carrots, celery, squash, zucchini, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes and top with cheese.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Slice and serve!
