Meatless Meatballs, Veggies, & Noodles

1 pkg Vegetables with Noodles (broccoli, carrots, celery, green peppers, mushrooms, onion, & red peppers)

1 onion, chopped to 1/2″

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp basil

sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion in olive oil and garlic. Add Vegetables with Noodles and Meatless Meatballs.

Cover and let meatballs cook and vegetables steam until tender, about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
