1 cup fresh organic baby spinach

3 Tbsp hummus(1 Tbsp per wrap)

3 Tbsp Black Bean and Corn Salsa (1 Tbsp per wrap)

1/4 cup shredded nondairy mozzarella cheese(Go Veggie or Daiya)

3 lo-carb tortillas
