1 can diced tomatoes in tomato juice

1/2 pkg frozen chopped celery, onion, & bell peppers

1/2 pkg frozen meatless ground

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

3 tsp chili powder

1 cup water

sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

In a large skillet over high heat, saute celery, onion, and bell peppers in olive oil. Stir in meatless ground, tomatoes, and pinto beans. Season with chili powder, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Add 1 cup water and cover until heated thoroughly. Serve and enjoy!
