1 large head cauliflower, broken apart into florets

1 cup shredded non-dairy cheese for crust

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 jar vegan pizza sauce

2 cups shredded non-dairy cheese for topping

1/4 cup vegan meatless chicken strips, cut to 1/2″, precooked

1 cup vegan meatless ground, precooked

1 cup sliced mushrooms, precooked

1/2 cup chopped onion, precooked

1/2 cup black beans, precooked

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, precooked

 

Mix all ingredients in Vitamix blender or food processor until mixed well. Spread out evenly on parchment lined flat pan or round stone and bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes until firm.

In a skillet on the stove top, brown chopped onion, meatless ground, meatless chicken strips, black beans, and chopped tomatoes 5-10 minutes until heated through.Set aside until pizza crust is cooked.

Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce over crust. Spoon stove top ingredients over sauce and top with remaining shredded cheese. Put pizza back into the heated oven about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

 

Cauliflower Pizza was a delicious and healthy alternative to bread crust pizza! I’ll keep making this using different toppings to satisfy my pizza cravings!
