Cauliflower Dressing

1 pkg frozen cauliflower hash (chopped cauliflower, carrots, green onions, broccoli)

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup vegetable broth

1 onion, chopped to 1/2″

2 cups celery, sliced to 1/4″

1 cup cornbread stuffing

2 Tbsp parsley

1/2 tsp rosemary

1/2 tsp sage

sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

In a large skillet over high heat, saute onion and celery in olive oil. Add cauliflower hash, cornbread stuffing, vegetable broth and seasonings. After onion and celery are tender, reduce heat and simmer until ready to serve. This recipe is delicious even when it is reheated!

 

Cauliflower Dressing was a delicious hit for the holidays! It was so good, you can still enjoy it with your family anytime of the year!
