15 Bean Soup
1 14 oz can petite tomatoes
1 can mild Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic
Rinse beans from 15 bean soup package. In a large stockpot over high heat, boil contents of 15 bean soup package in 2 quarts water with lid on for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to crockpot on high. After beans have cooked for 2 hours, use slotted spoon to scoop out beans and
add to crockpot mixture. Discard water from beans. Stir beans into tomato mixture well, cover, and heat for another 30 minutes, or until ready to serve!!
