1 pkg waffle cones

1 pkg paper cupcake wrappers/cups

12″ of parchment or wax paper

1 pkg microwavable chocolate bark

1 pkg fresh strawberries, capped and cut into 1/4th

1 mango, peeled and cut into 1″ chunks

2 bananas, peeled and sliced to 1/4″

1 pkg fresh blueberries

2 pkg non-dairy vanilla yogurt

 

Microwave chocolate bark in microwave safe container for 1-2 minutes until bark has melted. Dip open end of cones into bark and set aside on top of parchment or wax paper on a flat pan.

Place cones in refrigerator or freezer for 5-10 minutes until the bark is hard.  Set out cupcake wrappers on a flat pan.

In a bowl, spoon in yogurt, add cut up fruit, and stir until all fruit is coated well with yogurt. Spoon fruit/yogurt mixture into cones and cups.

Place fruit filled cones and cups into freezer or refrigerator until ready to serve! Cones and cups can be served fresh or frozen!!
