2 cups dry oatmeal

2 cups canned coconut milk

1/4 cup agave

1 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp sea salt

2 Tbsp cornstarch

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

2 cups non-dairy dark chocolate chips

olive oil spray

 

Preheat oven to 350 and spray bottom of a large 9×11″ pan with olive oil spray. Mix ingredients together and pat down into pan.

Bake for 30 minutes until beginning to brown.Cut into 2-3″ squares and enjoy!

 

Granola Bars make a healthy snack and are quick and easy to prepare.
