Crustless Carob Pie

1 cup (whole wheat) flour

1/2 cup carob

1/2 cup non-dairy milk (almond)

1/2 cup non-dairy butter (melted)

1/2 cup agave

1 pkg non-dairy cream cheese (Tofutti)

1 Tbsp apple-cider vinegar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 Tbsp cornstarch

 

In large bowl, mix dry ingredients first. Melt butter in microwave safe dish and mix in with liquid ingredients

and stir together well until smooth. Pour into pie pan and bake in 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.

 

This Crustless Carob Pie recipe is quick and easy. It has the rich flavor of chocolate but the texture of moist brownies!
