2 cans unsweet pitted cherries

Blueberry Cherry Crumble

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cup water

2 tsp cornstarch

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup whole-grain oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup coconut oil

Add cornstarch and water to cherries and blueberries mixture. Separately, add brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and oil.

Pour fruit mixture in 9X13″ pan and pat down crumble mixture over it. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 preheated oven.

 

This Blueberry Cherry Crumble is sweet and best when served with vanilla ice cream on top! Different than a cobbler, but full of fruit and sweet goodness.
