4-6 red apples, pared and cut into 1″ pieces

3 Tbsp nondairy butter

3 Tbsp whole wheat flour

1 Tbsp cinnamon

1/2 cup agave

 

In a glass bowl, lay one crust inside. Add pared apple pieces. Sprinkle whole wheat flour and cinnamon over apple slices.

Pour agave over apple slices and dot with butter. Cover this with another crust. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Pinch and crimp edges

with a fork. Bake for one hour in preheated oven for 1 hour. Serve warm!
