1 pkg noodles, cooked according to package instructions

Veggie and Noodle Salad

1 cup broccoli, cut into 1″ pieces

1/2 cup fresh radishes, sliced thin

1 /2 cup roasted red peppers, cut into 1″ pieces

1/2 cup Italian dressing

 

Cook noodles for 10 minutes in boiling water and drain. Stir in prepared veggies and Italian dressing. Refrigerate before serving.

 

Veggie and Noodle Salad makes a delicious lunch entree or appetizer salad at dinner. Stir in your favorite veggies and enjoy!
