Spinach Roll-Ups

1 large can spinach, drained

1 pkg dairy-free sour cream

1/2 tsp sea salt

 

Mix drained spinach with sour cream & sea salt. Spread out pastries and spread 1/2 spinach mixture on each.Roll up and slice

into1/2″ slices. Place on flat pan and bake in 350 oven for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve warm!

 

Spinach Roll-Ups are quick and easy to prepare and make a delicious appetizer!
