1/2 cup organic celery, sliced 1/2″

6 red, yellow, red banana peppers, sliced 1/2″

2 Tbsp Tahini dressing with lemon

1/4 cup nondairy shredded mozzarella cheese (Daiya)

 

In serving bowls, start with baby spinach and add vegetables and top with dressing. Enjoy!!
