1 package radishes, halved

3 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp vinegar

 

Place halved radishes face down on foil lined roasting pan. Mix oil, vinegar, and mustard and pour over radishes. Roast for about 30 minutes in oven at 425. Serve!

 

These Roasted Radishes are tangy and full of flavor. They make a great side dish for your entree for your summer grill outs!
