Applesauce Tarts
1 pkg unsweetened applesauce
1 pkg refrigerated pie crusts
sprinkle cinnamon
spray olive oil
Spray cupcake pan with olive oil lightly. Roll out refrigerated pie crusts and cut into 2-3″ circles and place in a decorative shape cupcake pan. Spoon applesauce into mini pie crusts. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in 350 oven for about 20 minutes until crusts begin to brown.
These Applesauce Tarts make a great holiday snack for everyone! They are easy pick ups to serve my grandchildren, but my husband and I love them too!
