Chocolate Truffles
1 pkg vanilla bark
1 pkg non-daily cream cheese(Tofutti)
sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Candy cane, crushed for decoration (optional)
In food processor, crush Oreo cookies to crumbs using S-blade. Add cream cheese and process until blended well. Form mixture into 1″ balls and place into mini cupcake papers. Melt vanilla bark in microwave according to package instructions. Spoon melted bark over chocolate balls. Sprinkle with red sprinkles for decoration quickly before it hardens. Place in refrigerator until firm. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.
