Fruit and Nut Balls

1 cup raw almonds
3/4 cup raw pecans
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup dried apricots
3/4 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 cup unsweetened coconut

Mix all ingredients with S-blade in food processor until finely chopped.
Add orange juice and pulse until mixture sticks together.
Shape into 1″ balls. Store in refrigerator.

These are sweet and great for a healthy pick-me-up fruit and nut balls snack!
