Healthy Vegan Pasta

1 pkg vegan spiral pasta
1/2 pkg small tomatoes, sliced
1 can sliced black olives
1 fresh cucumber, sliced & diced
1/2 fresh yellow, orange, & red bell peppers sliced & chopped
1 bottle Italian dressing

Cook pasta in large pan about 15 min until tender. Rinse, drain, & refrigerate.
Add all prepared vegetables and top with Italian dressing. Stir well & serve chilled.

This healthy vegan pasta is a crowd pleaser and you will love to bring it for potlucks and family gatherings!
