1 bunch fresh asparagus spears
1 box frozen spinach, thawed
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
Wash asparagus and trim 2″ off ends.
Peel and slice onion.
Brown onion slices in olive oil in large skillet.
Add asparagus spears, spinach and cilantro.
Cook on high for about 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Season with sea salt and pepper to taste and serve.
