Broccoli & Vegan Cheese Recipe

3 stems fresh broccoli
1 1/2 cups nutritional yeast
1 1/2 cups sweetened almond milk
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp vegan margarine
1/2 cup oat flour ( spelt, or your choice)

Trim broccoli florets from stems and rinse in cold water.
Place in gallon size zip-lock bag and
steam in microwave for 4 minutes til tender.
In medium pan on stove, add milk, water, nutritional yeast, flour, sea salt and garlic powder.
Wisk for 7-10 minutes over medium heat, then remove and add vegan margarine and mustard.
Place broccoli in serving dish and top with cheese sauce.
This broccoli and vegan cheese recipe is yummy and you may have some extra cheese sauce to save for another meal!!
