Asian Stir-Fry

1/2 pkg chopped onion & bell pepper
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables

Asian Stir-Fry

(carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 tsp Asian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
3 Tbsp olive oil
chow mien noodles(optional)
pkg fortune cookies(optional)
pkg instant brown rice(optional)

In large skillet on high heat, cook onion & bell pepper.
Add frozen mixed vegetables, water chestnuts, & mushrooms.
Add seasonings and cook 10 min with lid on skillet.

Quick and easy! Delicious and spicy!
Asian Stir-fry can be served alone or over rice for a crowd.
Can be garnished with pkg of chow mein noodles.
Can complete meal with pkg of fortune cookies for dessert!
