1 onion, sliced

Italian Stir-Fry

1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pkg frozen Italian style vegetables (zucchini, carrots,
cauliflower, lima beans, Italian green beans, red pepper)
1 pkg frozen brussels sprouts
1 tsp Rosemary herbs
Sea salt and Ground Pepper to taste
Instant brown rice (optional)

In large skillet over high heat, cook onion and red pepper in olive oil.
Add Italian style veggies and brussels sprouts, rosemary herbs, and sea salt & ground pepper.
Cook 10-15 min till tender. Can serve alone or over rice.
If desired, boil rice pkg 10 min in water til tender. Open pkg and serve under veggies.

I love this quick and easy Italian stir-fry that fill you up and keep you slim.
Fresh and frozen veggies are the best mixture to retain nutrients and flavor!
